How about a state park? Privacy while you're public. It's worked for me in the past
you could also go the opposite route: places that are so common and generic it’d be impossible to figure out which one you’re exactly in. Walmart is prime example, but most big box stores and malls work too.
Public bathrooms and parks are pretty hard to pin down location on. ??‍♂️
