Is this a custom animation or is it in some game?

Well as far as 3d models go she seems to mostly in body look better than usual, I think it's because it has more defined outlines compared to other stuff that seems to just blend into the background, it still feels 2D, unfortunately the penetration is still shit and is essentially just one model clipping through another.
