Your waist should be at a 45 degree angle. Plus you need to have a slow controlled decline, you’re just swinging your arm which isn’t doing much for the muscle. Also, don’t raise your shoulder when you extend, it becomes less about the tricep when you do that. Otherwise, you’re pretty sexy and have great quads, so keep at it (just with better form).
