In the thread over on On/Off they deduced it is a woman based on the lack of adam's apple and long hair. The background appears to be a real barracks, the uniform appears to authentic USMC with the decorations lining up authentically. The USMC doesn't permit men to have long hair and the military doesn't permit trans-persons in the service so that precludes this person being trans. All the physical evidence we see in this picture lends to this being a woman. Maybe a bit butch but a woman nonetheless. You may fap without feeling weird. That's one awful looking uniform. Maybe it's just those pants and shoes what makes it look bad, doesn't fit at all.
