It's commendable that she isn't wearing any loose clothing that will easily scratch the paint, it's possible that her shorts have metal buttons so she does need to exercise some caution. Also, she's wearing gloves so won't contaminate the paint with any oils if she is doing a full wash. Unfortunately, that cloth is almost certainly not microfibre, and as such I would not recommend she use it on the car as it increases the risk of scratches. Also, if she is wiping the surface in this image, say to remove a bird crap stain, she needs some form of lubrication to avoid scratches, so she should ideally have a pressure sprayer with car shampoo on hand. Side note, but she appears to be putting a large amount of pressure on the bonnet and is using it to support her weight. I would advise not doing this as there is a potential of denting the bonnet. Finally, she is washing the car in direct sunlight, which is not advisable, as it increases the risk of water marks on the paint.
