Looking great well done. I’m trying to get a similar definition and tone to yourself. Starting from the bottom at 58kg and up to 74kg now. But not quite the lean muscle and shape I want yet. I’m weightlifting 3-4 times a week but need to cut down on the wine and perhaps add some cardio in. Conscious of not wanting to lose all the weight too though. And tips you can share?
