That's fantastic, good job. I've got considerably less loose skin than you (my total weight loss is 160 lbs, or about 80 lbs twice) but my surgeon agreed to do a loose skin removal on my stomach during my chest surgery. It's a good thing to ask your surgeon, and if you have insurance, they might even cover it due to the weight loss. Good luck.
