1” soft, 3 1/2” hard,but it doesn’t get hard anymore

Mine’s 7.5” hard and girthy, but really wish mine looked like these beautiful little nubs! ?

About 4 inchs fully erect, but I'm locked in a Nub so doesn't matter anymore ?

4 ½ inches hard 1 inch limp
3 inch hard, but want to be locked up and shrink
