Jesus, lets be real here... If a doctor can make a Trans-womans breasts look that "natural" they deserve all the awards and praise. Makes so many doctors work look like butchery. That is phenomenal work right there.

Honestly her surgeon deserves a raise. Idc what he makes , double it. Those are fantastic
They are wonderful
From what I remember her saying on Twitter, the quality is a blend of which side of the muscle they're put in on, the overall quality of the implants themselves (duh), and the fact that she's been on HRT for as long as she's been. In other words, they're actually partly natural on top of the implants.
