I’m a gay man who’s into tentacles and I approve this submission.
Looks good. Also looks like you found the refraction settings, very nice. And out of interest, is the lighting setup just the basic overhead sunlamp, plus some ambient occlusion? (AO has a distinctive grain in rendering unless the AO resolution/granularity is pumped way up). The (character's) left leg though, looks like it's phasing through that tentacle rather than using a soft-body deformation—deliberate choice, or missed rigging?
