Make sure the dick goes in all the way before having the frames of the ripple start. The way it is currently, makes it look as if it gets stuck about 3/4 of the way in. It'll create a better feeling of impact and correct transfer of force which helps to sell the animation. Really good ripple effect though. Just a little better timing.
Looks painful. Imagine something slamming into your balls at that speed/force; that's how I imagine that feels. Otherwise, a decent animation.

Lots of stray pixels when the belly and arm move back to their original position. Colors could be less desaturated too. I think the ripple is maybe a bit too much atm, doesn't feel right unless she's a slime girl lol. Not a bad start tho. Overall you deffo have the motion right, just need more time on the cleanup. Keep it up
