DFA resources are spread thin with the ongoing investigations, so we can't always give every interrogation subject our full attention. In this case, one of our lower-priority prisoners, we've resorted to the tried-and-true method of setting up a constant orgasm torture apparatus, then leaving the subject otherwise unattended while our true efforts are focused elsewhere. Sure, sometimes they get forgotten in the bureaucracy and left for longer than we intended, but that usually just makes them more willing to talk anyway.
