Not from cannon, but the summoning of the "Patronus 2.0" from Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality always gives me chills. Fantastic fanfic, recommend to all.

The books are always better than the movies, and it’s too hard to pick a favorite scene, but I still tear up when Dumbledore dies. Maybe a pic will turn that frown upside down :)
I'd love to play with you. Favorite scene is when Ginny and Harry are together on the stairs at the Burrow right before the Death Eaters come and she goes to help defend him.
When Hermione punches Malfoy in the face, always has me screaming "yaaaasss girl!!" before laughing my ass off
McGonagall stepping between Harry and Snape in the last movie gives me chills
