Regarding the Breeder pill type, it is exclusively a Pink pill subtype. The Blue/Purple equivalent is called Bull, and those do not have the same orgasm restriction as a Breeder does. The good thing about the Bull pills is it does allow them to more or less keep going and women on Bulls do tend to give their partners tons of orgasms, so for the most part the story still works.
So a Bull/Blue Breeder can't get a basic pill pregnant? Sounds like a problem X Change Corp's Market Research team would identify. They should release a new version of the Bull that can get basic's pregnant. Improved formula, same packaging.
