Well, in a sort of "god I wish that were me" sort of yeah. Just the TF victim mostly, though.
Nope. I'll begrudgingly play the instigator if I have to, but I just want to see cute girls TFing. I looked at [data](https://www.reddit.com/r/transformation/comments/4eyyob/2016_furry_transformation_survey_results/d27f8cj/?context=3) from a TF survey a few years back and of the 1700 respondents, only like 5 reported a sexual interest in TF without wanting to self TF. So I guess only a half percent of TF fans feel similarly.
I think “self insert” here is a little vague compared to just being a character. If I write a story where an old cynical ex soldier gets made into a knightly woman, does that count as a “self insert” for me, who is nothing close to an old soldier? Or is it just a character I came up with to go through the story?
Not a "victim" per se, as it implies a non-consensual or forced scenario, but I do enjoy imagining myself on the receiving side of some transformations.
