I've stopped tucking in my shirt, and intentionally make sure my waistband sticks up above my jeans, but I'm sure a sighting is still pretty rare. I was super nervous once, but it's been a long time, lots of wetspots no one noticed, lots of carrying diapers into bathrooms to change that no one noticed. People are living their lives. Just go with it. Not blatantly of course, but not shamefully either.
