That's not any sort of common or set pattern. It incorporates a number of individual variations. The most obvious part would be the legs, however, which are a typical hishi pattern. Oh wow! I actually commissioned this piece of art like 2 years ago now. Happy and surprised it's serving as inspiration for people. I basically just sent a basic tortoise shell as a reference and the artist made up the rest on her own. So I couldn't tell you how to do it realistically, she can be very creative when coming up with bondage related stuff. If anyone ends up doing it for real I would love to see for sure.
