Anyone played NSFW mods for Skyrim? I don't think the amputee mod is very stable but there are mods where you can be enslaved by falmer or people. Also in Maria Eden your character can be killed by their mistress if they aren't satisfactory(you have to choose this option though, it's not a fail condition unfortunately).
