A few things to amend: 1) If absolutely everyone has to look her up on IMDb to find out what she's been in, I don't think she's actually celebrity. 2) Especially if she's only had one role in her life where they actually gave her role beyond the breadth of 'Girl' or 'Pretty Girl #2' 3) Even more especially when that one role was for a single episode of an obscure, failed show starring other, albeit slightly more experienced, nobodies lasting one short season almost 4 years ago. 4) And more especially still when all two of her other groundbreaking roles as 'Party Girl #2' and 'Girl' were both on Nickelodeon shows, which really in no way makes her Disney's Kayslee Collins. Don't get me wrong. I love nice tits as much as the next guy, and this girls rack is a solid 9, but virtually everything you've implied in your post couldn't be more wrong if you had put your keyboard under your toilet seat and taken a dump on it.
