It reminds me of one of those Playboy cartoons.
That's not only plausible, I bet it's happened plenty of times. In the hole there was a full length drawing of a naked woman on the underside of the bunk. It also said PUSSY IS GOD on the wall. I like to think it wasn't a misspelling.
If Oz taught me anything about prison, it's that this guard would have been backing out of that window quickly with a pencil sticking from his eye socket.
