Sure is uncanny valley in here with those blue contacts. Also, if you look at the wall visible in the gap between her arm and body on the left, you can see where the photo was edited or her house has severe water damage.

I'm pretty sure that is a doll, literally. The body looks pretty real. However the face does not look authentic at all. If you assume that the camera taking the picture is the one in the hand then the angle is also wrong. Possibly a 'shop job due to how fleshy the arms and legs are. Either way that face is not real.
