I doubt this is really a one-off image. Too bad the original source of this copy of the image was a tumblr post. That makes it completely un-google image search-able, except to find copies of the same edited image posted on tumblr. Tumblr seems to alter images in a visually imperceptible way to the human eye that almost always prevents google image search from finding any matches of the same image without the tumblr edit. I'd like to find a technical explanation of exactly what they do, but I can't seem to find any information on it.

Those veins do not look healthy
