i wouldn't call it 'THE best Ahri cosplay' but it's definitely neat.
Them boobies are looking pretty shopped to me.

It's incredibly shopped, makes it hard to be the best. Like to the point there's just something off about it. Her stomach is totally flat, for one. There's no variation in skin tone, shadowing, etc at all.
It's good but surely not the best.
