You look really good naked honestly. You even have abs (while still having boobs and ass) which I'm sure mainstream beauty opinions would absolutely love. Either your standards are just not realistic, or you might want to look into body dysmorphic disorder.
Please follow through with the therapist. Everyone in this thread agrees that feeling that bad about *that* body is out of the ordinary. And you need to know that your body is not the only beautiful thing about you. Lean on your loved ones, who sound wonderful by the way. Listen to them.
