Just to clarify, I don't want to lose weight. I want to build muscle and get rid of the flab. I can make myself look toned when I pose a certain way, but the truth is in these photos where I'm just standing without tensing any muscles. Edit: Thank you to everyone who sent motivational comments/advice! About to enter the gym right now, excited to start incorporating working out into my lifestyle.
wow you are below 100? I expected you to be skin and bones but I was proven wrong. That is a pretty good weight for you OP.
You look great as is, but if you aren't happy with your body, it shouldnt take much to get you there. Start a strength training regimen 3 times a week and you will see results in as little as a couple of months! You will likely gain pounds as you add muscle, but you'll tighten up and lose inches where it counts ;)
