Let me smack you with some honesty! you should absolutely not hate your body! you may think your a lot bigger since you put on some weight but trust this random internet person when i say you look FANTASTIC! Although the antidepressants do tend to add some weight, you can combat it, if you feel you really need to, with diet and exercise. but again, i promise you look great!
Don't hate your body. Embrace it. You are really beautiful!
i packed on the pounds with paxil. the trade was worth it, though, because at that moment it was paxil or blow my fucking head off. now that the immediate crisis has passed, i've switched drugs and stopped the gain, and i'll be looking to do some work to get myself into better shape. so please don't think you're the only person who's ever had this problem with antidepressants. the only question i'd ask of you today, if we bumped into each other in the grocery store or something, is, can i have your phone number, because you're hot stuff!
