This is a hot button question. Some people are staunchly anti-implant and will tell you small real always beats big fake. Others will tell you that small is better or focus on other things besides boob size. Bottom line is you gotta do what makes you happy. I know you want a more definitive answer but honestly its all about you. If your boobs are such a worry that you feel deeply embarrassed looking at yourself naked or it totally ruins enjoying sex, it probably would be a good idea to consider implants. However if its just a thing where you feel like you need big boobs because the people you hang around or see on tv are stacked, that's different and you should maybe hold off until you get a little older and less concerned with comparing yourself with others.
