It's a mental issue. You're stuck in someone else's point of view of you. Look for what you like with someone else and try to have at it. We do tend to look different clothed and naked. Although initially clothes were meant to protect one from their enviroment, it has expanded to be a means to hide oneself from others (not necessarily out of privacy, but of fear). How I feel about your appearance is meaningless. You've got to work yourself out of your own shackles. I don't know where you put the keys, but get them and unleash yourself.
