What are you specifically self-conscious about? If it's mainly weight related than you're at a young enough age to make the lifestyle changes whilst your skin is still pretty elastic. If it's things other than weight then please expand on what concerns you - I think you look lovely as you are but should maybe consider looking at some lifestyle changes before age creeps up on you (like me! I left it far too long).
