8 XXX : normalnudes

My deadlift is up to 145x6! Hoping to reach 200 this summer. I weightlift 3–4 times a week, and am currently keep calories at about 1200 a day, doing IIFYM at roughly 60g carbs / 70g fat / 90g protein a day (I can't math right now). Also doing intermittent fasting. I want to lose about 20 pounds, but I'm pretty happy with my overall shape right now, although I dislike how thick my arms and legs are (but I know they'll slim down once I lose more weight). I moved and didn't buy a scale because I tend to obsessively weigh myself and get frustrated. It's especially hard if you try to gain muscle while losing fat, since changes on the scale might not be as obvious. My pants are getting looser, so that makes me happy. :)
