Beauty is subjective and we are our own worst critic, that being said I think you are beautiful, give yourself time however celebrate the small victories if trimming down is your goal. From a breast/nipple standpoint your absolutely beautiful. You have full heavy breasts so unless you had the best bras out there they are going to hang like they do, my wife is the same way. Your areolas truly accentuate your beast and nipple size and placement is great especially for heavy bust.
