Girl here! Those bumps are actually glands that are for producing protective lubricant when you breast feed :) 100% normal.
Don't feel gross about your stomach or breasts in certain positions. Everyone has some rolls and some fluff in SOME (if not all!) positions.
Body hair is nothing to be ashamed of! I promise, it's not as noticeable as you think it is.
