Saggy boobs are what they are, just like other varieties of boobs. Most men like them, and most women have them, or will at some point. You have pretty big boobs, but they are nice looking to me. Saggy ≠ bad. I can't really see how you look with the added weight, but putting on weight does not mean you look bad for it. Bad weight to me is when your body is forced to work extra hard.
