OK, that's motivational. I'm 45 and loosing my fitness. In my teens I was an internationally competitive athlete. In my 20s I was a model. It wasn't till my early 40's that I lost my 6 pack and started to gain a little around the middle. Now I'm really out of condition - I guess I still look good in that I'm average, but my whole life till now I've been really trim and fit. Looking at you makes me realise I've got no excuse. After xmass lunch tho.
