When I get real down I like to think about the fact that there is no way of undoing what is done. Life just moves on, the arrow of time moves in only one direction towards the future, just like you should without any regrets and with your head held high because this world is full of happiness and opportunity.
I could teach you some physics by getting you on a plane and flying you down to my vacation house in Cabo. On the plus side, a bit of ocean always cheers me up. Might work for you ;) Just promise me, you'll lie next to me on the beach just like this pic!
