Looks like a motion-tracked porno with abstract polygons attached to pixels.
Considering what this image is titled... maybe it *is* sexual, except everyone's heads were replaced with that of Aphex Twin himself, and the music suddenly sounded like someone being murdered horrendously in the middle of it, and then the music was put through some custom visualizer with the result seen here.
The gyrating actually makes this seem sexual lol
