This is probably the most appropriate thing I have ever seen on this sub :p
I think it'd be better if you constrained the capsule to move more rhythmically. Probably just set rigidbody.velocity = amplitude\*Mathf.Sin(frequency\*Time.time) in fixedUpdate. Then this'd be beautiful.
