I hate to be the contrary opinion, but Taylor Momsen wore it better. The whole brief flashing thing seems... cheap? Sort of a "Please come to my concerts, I'll show you my boobies if you do. Pleeeeease?" Taylor on the other hand went a whole tour with duct taped nipples and, I dunno, more confidence? It just worked better for Momsen. It's probably a little hypocritical, but I kind of feel embarrassed for Tove Lo. She can't sell it like a rockstar.
