I came to this sub for something like #6, and was not disappointed. It seems to me that, although albums are a popular choice because they are a little less work (time-wise) and often get more upvotes (because there are more chances to give the viewer something they like), it would be better if they were separate, because it makes submitting comments and votes that apply to a particular image much easier, and it provides more opportunities for post karma. Just my two cents.
