You can be topless in Columbus, Ohio parks and festivals and I have seen it many, many times. 90% of the time it's a total shit show droopfest. But about once a year you catch a good pair.

Well, its pretty common for people to walk around naked at the Oregon Country Fair. Its kind of a hippy thing. I cant help but think this girl wouldnt be too excited to see her pic posted on reddit though. lol
