I was worried that the guy was a horse (I'm not into that) but then I realized it was supposed to be vitiligo
Kinda wish the whole whiteness thing on the guys body was less uniform, more spread on different parts on him, it would look more realistic. Because i assume that is supposed to be that skin condition where the skin is blotchy white in some places. Im sure that would be hard to draw in differing angles though, so i can understand the artists choice of placement.
