This was taken fairly soon after she gave birth. You can see her belly (with stretch marks and all) in this photo. Remember that she was lactating at this time too and her tits were really full of milk.

i don't know why anyone would look at milena and think she needed photoshopping, but this doesn't look right somehow even though she is that big. did they move her nipples or something?
