Great picture! I love how everything else is smoothly out of focus and the light from the left accentuates the shape. Focus is spot on the nipple and the composition is sound as well. Very nice technical execution of a great idea.
Out of interest: I would guess you used a DSLR with a somewhat macro-capable lens and some flash for the highlights. Is that correct?
