The best way to see a change is to eat less and move more. Try clean eating, cardio and lifting weights. /r/fitness has some great resources in the side bar. Calorie tracking with [myfitnesspal](http://www.myfitnesspal.com/) can be helpful to make sure you're eating the right foods in the right amounts. That being said there isn't really a fast track to weight loss, 1-2lbs per week is a good target. Plus if you lift weights the number on the scale may stay the same even if you're much slimmer in measurements. Good luck!
