I agree with what a lot of people on this post say. For your height and your distribution, it would be unhealthy for you to be 130, especially since you say you carry a lot more muscle than other women. I am 5'9" and weigh 150lb. I am also athletic so I LOOK like I should be 130 but I have been in the weight room for 7 years, so I've gained a lot of muscle over that time frame.
I feel like once you hit 150 you will be a lot more satisfied with how you'll look than you think you will. Remember, it's not about what the scale reads, it's about how comfortable and healthy you feel.
I also want to note that as a straight female, your body is very sexy and I would pay all my moneyz and worldy possessions to have boobs like yours :)
Update. F/30 S/W 211 C/W 167 G/W 150.....44 lbs down but I'm sure I am gaining muscle now :)
