8 XXX : NakedProgress

Way more than 15% body fat, IMHO.
I'm 250 right now, and I'm having trouble establishing a good routine for going to the gym. Some weeks I go 3 times, other weeks once or not at all. I'm also trying to find a job, and I have a lot more pressure from that than my weight, so hopefully once I have that I will be able to focus on improving my health and body. All in all, you're a great inspiration, and you look great. Good job. :)
