Started running 2.5-3miles 5-6 days a week 2weeks ago. I eat pretty healthy. I'm just looking to work on the hip upper thigh area a bit. Maybe lose about 5-7lbs.

Well, Since your goal is to drop a few pounds, diet alone will do this for you. Air for a moderate caloric deficit. Follow some sort of diet. /r/keto is a great one that I love. It has saved me from morbid obesity. It's great for most body types and weight ranges. Exercise is really key to a long lasting, trim and healthy body. I suggest you poke over into /r/leangains to get in on the technical side of that. I strongly suggest you start lifting heavy weights on a well known program. Ohh and don't worry. You won't get big muscles. If not /r/Fitness and /r/weightroom maybe good resources. Good luck! Your goal is already very close and obtainable!
