You can tell you have a great body if you jus worked out! I mean wow it's all there just not ready if you get me. Advice as a former podgy man myself who lost 45 lbs do exercise 4-7 times a week and calorie count everything you eat nd aim to eat no more than 1700kcal a day... If you don't have time to exercise buy a pedometer from amazon! They are so cheap and aim to do between 10,000 - 15,000 steps a day. It will probably take you 3 months to lose the weight doing this - When your done please post progress pics cos I have a feeling your going to look amazing!!
Myfitnesspal app. Enter in your info and goals in it and see what it says you need to do calorie wise to get to your goal. That will give you an idea about how your food intake and also exercise needed.
You seem to have a strong core. I bet yoga and other balanced based workouts
For straight weight loss fast, do HIIT. Just 30 secs on n off of sprints and walks. Sprint 30 secs, then walk 30 secs. Also, count your calories.
