A few things that are working for me: Watch the calories Don't mindlessly snack (my downfall) Drink lots of water Get moving, every little bit counts ...and what I have to remind myself all the time: It's OK to feel a little hungry at times. Believe you can do it. We believe in you. Please keep us posted on how things go.
Routine is the word. A week routine will help you and your family. When is followed religiously it becomes easy to just falk into it. A defined routine will also help that little baby sleep when is time to sleep.
