I think I know the original picture there. Think this one is a bit cropped.
This piece is a direct rip off of one of three paintings I was commissioned to do (on the subject) in June 2004. The original paintings are acrylic and my copyright is clearly visible in each painting. I don't see my signature copied into this piece but I can confirm that Jon Rafman violated my copyright and never asked permission nor gave me credit for the artwork to which I still own the rights to. If anyone wants to see the originals I can post them here (if I can figure out how) or see them posted at InkBunny. I am John Martello and I am the artist who created the originals from which this piece was exactly copied from.
